Best story from behind the wood | Too many to tell! I watched a girl throw up on her birthday after her boyfriend insisted she take a shot of absinthe. I served Bob Uecker when I was an baby 18 year old bartender. He drinks scotch, unsurprisingly.
What do you collect? I’m a pack rat so I collect everything. Paper objects like letters, tickets, cards, show wristbands. Coconut monkeys. Halloween costume stuff. Ceramic shapes. Cow creamers. Tiki mugs. Anna Lee dolls….look it up if you dare!
Favourite thing about your city? We’re pretty friendly I’d say and we’re very proud of our culture. The city of big shoulders. We are all on that hustle. Lately I’ve been extremely proud of the women in our industry here basically running the game. Really lucky to have such strong supportive female centered businesses around town.
What was the last photo that you took? A picture of my receipt from the movies…Robo Cop the original.
Where was your last vacation? TORONTO!
Any claims to fame? I was in a band once called Del Moroccos and our album charted in Finland so…might be famous in Finland? I’ve tried Speed Rack twice. Lost Lake has pop ups all the time but my favorite was the roof top at the Ace during Tales a couple years ago. Daiq satellite bar with Paul McGee? Yes and yes.
Red or White? Rose.
Cointreau or Grand Marnier? PF Dry Curacao.
London or Paris? Paris…I haven’t been to London though
