Best story from behind the wood | You’ll have to ask me personally for the full story, but it involves a lady of the night, her “date”, and her mother. Yup.
What do you collect? Whiskies are most prevalent in my collection at home, but I’m always on the lookout for amari’s and vermouth’s.
Favourite thing about your city? I guess it really comes down to the people, but specifically the never-ending cache of knowledge that is always at your finger tips. Not just in the Bartending community, but everywhere. So many amazingly talented people more then happy to help you on your way to carving your own identity and being the best you can be.
What was the last photo that you took? The golf boys and I after a tourney with legendary leaf, Wendel Clark.
