Best known for | Things I’m best known for? I would say my ability to make everyone feel important. My goal is to make some feel ten times better then when they walked in. With that being said, I am also a walking encyclopedia of facts. They vary from distillation to odd pop culture.
Best story from behind the wood | I find it hard to say that there is a best story. I would say my favorite experience to date was in NYC. It had been a long week and was catching up with friends at Holiday Cocktail Lounge. And out of the blue Erik Trikett says “hey, get behind here and show them how a daiquiri is really made.” This experience will always stick with me. It was nice to feel “important”. I hope to be able to do that for someone some day soon.
What do you collect? Books. They vary from fiction, escoffier, and as many bar books as I can get my hands on.
Favourite thing about your city? Being near the water and the history.
What was the last photo that you took? A picture of my dog.
Where was your last vacation? Chicago, for Speed Rack MW
Any claims to fame? My claim to fame is having been to both Cane Camp 2016 and Camp Runamok 2017. I can balance a spoon on my nose and I am always a champion hula hooper.
