Best story from behind the wood | A guy asked me if I was “Chinese or Japanese,” and I asked him, “Oh, are those my only two options?” He looked at his friend and said, “This one’s got some attitude,” so I put my hands down on the bar in front of them, looked him in the eye, and asked, “Do you like that sass, daddy?” He couldn’t get an answer out.

Any claims to fame? Helped pick out COBG barrel for our fundraiser with Jack Daniels Single Barrel Select and had recipe selected to compete in the 2017 Knob Creek OF competition. Camp Runamok Spring 2018, 2018 Tullamore D.E.W. Denver Bartender Stories Competition Winner, Wild Turkey’s Behind the Barrel 2018, Portland Cocktail Week 2018 Bar Ownership and Management Major under scholarship as Denver representative for Bartender Showcase.
