Best story from behind the wood | On a Sunday morning brunch shift, a client I was serving asked me for a cup of the strongest hot sauce we could provide, what a bad move! Good thing my cook had just freshly made a terrifying ghost pepper hot sauce the day before! So I proceeded to bring my guest a cup of this evil mixture warning him that it is dangerous and not to fool around with it, but also jokingly daring him to swallow it whole for a shot of whiskey! I told him I was joking, but I guess the fact that 10 other of his friends were sitting there taunting him to chug it down elegantly, must have made him think it was a good idea. He cried for about 15 minutes so I brought him a well deserved shot of whiskey and some sugar for his poor mouth. All in all he left the establishment laughing with his buddies!

Where was your last vacation? Haven’t had vacation in 7 years, but Mexico.
Any claims to fame? None of the above, but I can make you feel special, inebriate you pleasantly and make sure you come back next time!
