Best story from behind the wood | I was making a daquiri at La Floridita and they have a squeeze bottle that they use for lime juice. It was super busy and all the jiggers were in use and I thought well I’ll just free pour this daquiri, should be simple enough. Anyways, I pressed slightly on the squeeze bottle but way too much lime juice came out and Alejandro Bolivar Rodriguez caught me out of the corner of his eye, came over, and told me to remake the drink. So I remade it and it still had a bit too much lime juice in it. Free pouring out of a squeeze bottle is harder than it looks!
What do you collect? Pokemon cards… Jk. But I do have a pretty rad money/coin collection.
