I got the inspiration for this cocktail from the universally famous sandwich from Europe PBJ. One can never go wrong with Peanut Butter and Jam sandwich and a cocktail inspired from this one.
60 ml Talisker 10 Year Scotch Whisky
15ml Bacon infused Maple syrup
25ml Lime juice
1 barspoon of peanut butter
20 ml green apple juice
Garnish with pork strips and apple slaw.
Combine all ingredients in shaker tin and shake hard on ice for 8-10 seconds. Double strain into old fashioned glass with large ice cube.
