Cocktail: Tamacoco | Bartender: Eddy S Trenidad

Growing up on a Caribbean island there were two things I loved, Coconuts and Tamarind. So I thought why not bring those together. So I made Tamarind syrup (sweet spice) and searched for a coconut liquor. Could have done it the other way around as well, but tamarind liquor doesn’t exist 🤔 hehe… To my knowledge. You definitely feel the island vibe when you drink this.

Cocktail: Tamacoco | Bartender Atlas

50 ml Ron Barcelo
35 ml Tatratea Coco
25 ml Fresh lemon juice
15 ml Tamarind syrup
2-3 dash Tonka Tincture
3-4 dashes Chuncho bitters
Egg white

Add all ingredients in shaker and dry shake, then add ice and shake again.
Double strain into chilled Glass
Garnish as you please.
