Favourite Part of the Job | Coming up with a new cocktail and spending a day, sometimes a week, perfecting it (more often than not end up with something different than I wanted). Then prepping the simple, the garnish and all the weird stuff you’ve come up with for the drink. And finally executing service and being able to pump the drink out because of all the prep. I just love all the work that goes into making sure that you can effortlessly produce quality drinks in a timely fashion.

Best known for | Being in my own head I guess, I don’t think I’m known that well.
Favourite “at work” memory | The story of how I met my partner at work, it’s one of my most treasured memories.
What do you collect? Not much of a collector so memories I suppose, although I’m quick to forget names sometimes!
Favourite thing about your city? Diversity in food and people, you get people from all walks of life and get to taste food from all over the world.
What was the last photo that you took? A selfie of my partner and I.
Where was last place you traveled? Niagara for a Cab Franc tasting, big ups to Bruce!
