Best known for | I’m best known for the skills I’ve worked hard to hone over the years, paired with my creativity. I love chatting with people and making friends behind the bar. I value learning new techniques but its always with the goal of creating a fun & unique experience for anyone who comes and sits at my bar!
Favourite “at work” memory | My favourite bar memory was a kitchen pop-up I had organized with the cocktail bar I worked for previously, and the restaurant I work for currently. It was a super fun event that I got to work alongside great friends & got to host a lot of my peers in the industry
What do you collect? I collect all the menus that I make, I have a display shelf that holds all the menu’s I’ve created over the past few years.
Favourite thing about your city? I love how close the bar industry and general community is in Ottawa. I want to leave Ottawa one day, but I will always love this city.
What was the last photo that you took? I took a photo of a cocktail I had created for the Patron Perfectionists
