Favourite “at work” memory | When I met Brian Cranston and Aaron Paul. They were visiting Oaxaca to meet the producer of their brand of mezcal. During the trip they asked the translator (who is a great friend and bartender) about mezcal cocktails, she immediately recommended Sabina Sabina and our work. The next day I had the pleasure to attend to them and make cocktails for them.
What do you collect? Miniature bottles
Favourite thing about your city? I like that there are many green spaces (rivers, lakes, parks, etc.) but especially the neighborhood where the restaurant is located is known for its artistic community, it is good to be in contact with other disciplines to enrich your life.

Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Cusco, Peru
