Favourite bar in the world | Honestly, there’s always a newer and better bar. It is part of our job to be constantly judging and scouting for them, and there’s nothing wrong about it. But personally, the pub around the corner does it for me. No expectations, not judgement. There’s where I feel relaxed.

Any claims to fame? I’ve successfully managed and launched brands and venues here in Melbourne. I’ve done a few collaborations with mainstream media and Industry Magazines and participated in some cocktail competitions Nationally (Top 10 and Top 8 in Australia). I also proudly received a few Bar nominations Internationally (Tales) and Nationally (ABM).
