Favourite thing about your city? It’s inspiring to be where ethnic communities are strong enough that their restaurants can remain authentic and autonomous, serving their own people rather than compromising their identity for broader appeal.

Where was your last vacation? True non-work related Vacation? New Orleans two years ago for a wedding
Any claims to fame? I won a competition in Esquire magazine to name Obama’s home brew, I called it “Ale-Force-One”. I’ve also been a Global Bartending Champion and a few other things, but I’m still riding that Esquire high.
