Favourite thing about your city? The survival instinct: I love the attitude of getting things done no matter what; making due with limited resources and focusing on local products.
What was the last photo that you took? A collage of “closed due to COVID-19” signs on small business’ front doors.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? New York
Any claims to fame? Winning the 2019 Knob Creek Kentucky Challenge People’s Choice Award in Atlantic Canada, and thus getting to go to Kentucky! I also like to think I was one of the first to offer a proper classic Mai Tai in St. John’s.
