Best story from behind the wood | Every night is a new adventure, and I don’t have many stories that would be very interesting to other people. I’ve met some famous people. I’ve had to kick out unruly guests. I also met my girlfriend there, but that story is just for me.

Favourite thing about your city? The diversity of culture in the food and beverage community.
What was the last photo that you took? It was of a cat. I’m ashamed.
Where was your last vacation? Seattle! Some great bars there.
Any claims to fame? I was a Global Finalist for the Cherry Heering Classic Challenge in 2016, National Finalist in the Beefeater MIXLDN 2016, and I also won a small bartedning comp called Winetenders in Kelowna one time. I haven’t done any pop-ups at Cocktail Week.
