Favourite Part of the Job | Entertaining! Either through performance, a good chat, or creating a space for people to relax and de-stress. I guess you could say my favourite part of the job is making sure all our guests are happy!

Best known for | Building a lot of cocktails, very fast, while being extremely personable.
Favourite “at work” memory | I had 9 navy folk sit down at my bar one night when we weren’t really busy. They don’t get to drink on the ship so this was a night they planned to drink hard. We proceeded to play a game where they would name a drink, and I would make it. I loved getting the creative juices flowing and the company was fantastic. That night will forever be one of my favourite in the industry.
What do you collect? Probably what every other bartender collects: pins and alcohol.
Favourite thing about your city? The community. Halifax is slow-paced, and very chill. We’re all happy, laidback, and love to meet new people/have a good conversation.
What was the last photo that you took? It was a photo of a wine bottle on a ledge over-looking a river.
Where was last place you traveled? Mont-Tremblant, Quebec to compete in an Ironman Race.
Any claims to fame? I’m a newbie to the bartending scene. So none at the moment 🙁
