Favourite bar in the world | I don’t think I can pick one. Too many of them I love and too many I have yet to visit. The one bar I love… is the bar service industry people keep raising everyday. #raisingthebar
Best known for | Freezing my cocktails with my brand new instant freezing bar tool. Don’t know  what I am talking about? Reach out to me directly for a demo and be ready to have your mind blown. I can freeze anything (even alcohol) in less than 3 minutes.  
Favourite “at work” memory | When I first started working at a bar and during my training I was  told: Always prep as if a bus of tourists might one day show up out of nowhere in an unexpected  moment and you will be in a rush. 5-6 years later it actually happened, it was a group of bartenders.  Luckily I had prepped accordingly and was just fine! Thanks Isabelle for the amazing tip!

What do you collect? Empty bottles. My partner hates it. But I clean them off, remove all the labels  and use them for storing home made juices or syrups & cold coffee (I don’t like it hot). They come in handy also during cocktail competitions!
Favourite thing about your city? How tight knit our industry is. In Montreal people really come  together to support one another. If one of us makes it to the next round in a world class  competition… it’s like we are all participating! It’s beautiful to see and experience!
What was the last photo that you took? An image of a cocktail I made.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Anywhere and  everywhere that I have never been is a place where I would love to travel!
Any claims to fame? I can definitely balance a spoon on my nose! I can also balance a lot of  random objects on a lot of random body parts lol. But for real, if this is the part where we brag: I  came in second runner up at the Stoli Key West Cocktail Classic Finals (a competition showcasing &  supporting LBTQ + talent in the industry). One of my specialties is creating amazingly balanced and  rich cocktails out of very simple ingredients. Making 1$ look and taste like a million dollars. 

Prosecco or Cava? Cava for drinking. Prosecco for cocktails. But I guess it depends on the brand.
Angostura or Peychaud’s? Angostura forever. I drink it straight.
Singapore or San Francisco? Both? I have never been to either… and I’m sure both have amazing things to offer!
Grapefruit or Pineapple? I’d rather drink a glass of pineapple juice… but would prefer to use grapefruit for cocktail creations.

Are you available for freelance gigs? Always. My schedule is very flexible and I’m always in for  new projects or adventures.
