Favourite Part of the Job | There are many parts that are my favourite. The look in someone’s eyes as they take their first sip of a cocktail that they enjoy. When a guest leaves happier then when they arrived. Generally being creative in my place of work.

Favourite “at work” memory | I tried working outside of the bar industry for a bit, but was never super happy. When I got back to the industry one of my closest friends was sitting across the bar from me, he stopped me and said. “I have never seen you this happy!” He was right, being behind the wood always brings a smile to my face.
