Best story from behind the wood | Years ago a gentleman from New York ordered a perfect Manhattan from me, I wasn’t aware it was an actual drink and was new to actual cocktails. Needless to say I made it as perfect as I could, but not properly at all. He then educated me on the drink and ever since then, I have loved ordering it myself and continuing this story with other bartenders new to the game. Plus its a great drink!
