Favourite “at work” memory | While working for Disney World in Florida I was serving a table and forgot to fire their entrees so they waited over an hour after finishing apps for entrees. This sounds like a horrible story but the kitchen and other staff rallied around me and the guests were so lovely they tipped on top of the grat. Hospitality is what I love.

Favourite thing about your city? I’m still fairly new to Halifax but it definitely has a sense of community .
What was the last photo that you took? I roasted a bacon wrapped whole chicken last night so I took before and after photos.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Scotland
Any claims to fame? I’ve done a few contracts working in Florida at Walt Disney World annnnnnddddd SAMBUCA, I drink loads and loads. haha . If there’s one thing people remember about me its that !!!!!! I really should be a rep for Ramazzotti, its a lifestyle choice.
