Favourite bar in the world | This is impossible to answer. This is like asking me ”my favourite whisky ever”. It all depends on the mood at the moment, the time of the day, the season, with who I am, etc… I have been to many many bars. Montreal has a huge bar scene. I have this weekly event where I do a new bar in the city. There are so many places to discover and people to meet that I don’t want to stop to only one place.
Best known for | Contact with client. I have been working in jewellery industry and most precisely in high end watch. I LOVE to engage conversation with client, propose product and by the same time educated the client. I always find a way to entertain the client.
Favourite “at work” memory | Oufff ! There are so many …. I would say the 3rd anniversary of the Bootlegger. There was all my friends, family, a marching band and just a lot of fun.
What do you collect? Cigar band, books about bourbon & entrepreneurship. I used to collect empty whisky bottles but eventually the storage places filled up and I had to drop the project.
Favourite thing about your city? Everything (beside the weather and construction)! Montreal is amazing for the nightlife, food, its people living there, festivals, culture and much more. Overall, I love the diversity of this city. Sometime you can walk just few blocks and feel that you enter in a different world.

Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Dubai
Prosecco or Cava? Prosecco
Angostura or Peychaud’s? If you ask me my favourite one, I would say Peychaud’s. If you ask me the one I can’t live without, it would be Angostura
