Favourite “at work” memory | Bar buyout for the Jaguar racing team, about 25 G&T orders at the same time, so we lined up 25 glasses and poured down the line with everyone chanting.
What do you collect? Weird bitters I’ll probably never use.
Favourite thing about your city? A diverse food and drink culture you can’t find anywhere else. Stuffy hotel bars next to Tibetan restaurants next to Tiki bars next to Polish Perogis all on the same block, you can’t find that anywhere else.
What was the last photo that you took? My girlfriend looking at her Honey Baked Ham with more love than she’s ever looked at me with.
Where was last place you traveled? Philadelphia, such a beautiful city.
Any claims to fame? Not yet! (Hopefully it’s not for setting cocktails on fire!)
