Favourite Spirit | Really hard to choose one because I love them all. I went to Oaxaca and fell in love with Mezcal. And I also have a love for Amaro and Grappa. Anything obscure that has a cool story.

Favourite “at work” memory | We had a Negroni Brunch during Negroni week. It was full of our industry crowd, lots of friends, and just a huge party. There are countless events like this we’ve held and this one sticks out. Doesn’t feel like work.
What do you collect? Any rare spirits from my travels. Mezcal from Oaxaca, amaro from Italy, cachaca from Brazil. If I can’t find it in the states, it’s coming home with me.
Favourite thing about your city? Big city feel in a small city. In Las Vegas, we have the appeal and reach like a New York or LA, but only a fraction of the residents. Also I’ve lived here for 20 years, so it’s been cool to see the city change.
What was the last photo that you took? We actually did a photo shoot the other day for our new menu.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Either Cognac, or Scotland. I’d love to expand my knowledge on scotch and cognac.
Any claims to fame? No claims to fame yet…. just a regular old guy that loves to have fun at the bar.
