Best story from behind the wood | I have a regular at my current bar who comes for a pint after work and he’s been going to this spot since they opened. Funny enough, they met at this bar and are now married! These kind of stories just make me feel happy knowing how many great moments are being created at our workplaces.
What do you collect? Vinyl Records & Vintage Bottles. Try to collect different spirits but they mostly get opened up other than a few vintage ones from travelling.
Favourite thing about your city? Diverse food and drink options. The neighbourhoods that are always changing and unique on their own.
What was the last photo that you took? My kitten that I just got two days ago 😛
Where was your last vacation? Montreal!
Any claims to fame? Not yet. Hoping to enter into competitions very shortly. I suppose I worked in a bar that was brand new so I put rules and procedures in place, created a menu and now I’m doing the same but in an already well established and successful restaurant.
