Favourite “at work” memory | My favourite memory is from the Mercedes AMG Ice driving event in Gimli, Manitoba. We had an entire outdoor bar built from ice, while pouring our liquid nitrogen mojitos the Juno award winning band Save the Whale stopped their whole set and said “We aren’t going to start again until we get whatever it is the he is serving.” I then got Rick Campanelli (Entertainment Tonight) to take the tray of drinks and serve them the cocktails.
What do you collect? I currently collect D&D figures
Favourite thing about your city? My favourite thing about Winnipeg is the diverse community we have. Wherever you are from you can find a restaurant that represents your homeland.
What was the last photo that you took? The last photo I took was at flea market. They had a bunch of decorative plates on display.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Italy
Any claims to fame? The most fame and acclaim I have is from two separate pop series. The first would be from the Flatland-infused pop dinners in which I would create cannabis-infused versions of classic cocktails. The second would be from the Bahay Kubo Tiki bar pop-up series. I was responsible from creating zero-proof tiki cocktails.
Prosecco or Cava? I would lean to Prosecco as I have more experience utilizing it for cocktails.
Angostura or Peychaud’s? Angostura
Singapore or San Francisco? If this was a few years ago I would say the Bay, but Singapore would be amazing to go visit.
Grapefruit or Pineapple? Pineapple is a go to for me in the past few years.
Are you available for freelance gigs? Always, I prefer the freedom that freelancing provides me.
