Best story from behind the wood | I was once asked by a friend that worked at our sister restaurant to look at the results of his wife’s pregnancy. My job was to present them a glass of champagne each with a Strawberry if it was a girl, or a blueberry if it was a boy.
What do you collect? Antique furniture and glassware
Favourite thing about your city? It’s the only place in the world with the mountains, ocean, and city all in one.
What was the last photo that you took? A closeup of a Hibiscus flower.
Where was your last vacation? Havana and Varadero, Cuba
Any claims to fame? I won the second bartending competition I ever entered. It was the Grand Marnier Cocktail Competition in 2012.
Belt or suspenders? Belt. Always. The buckles routinely get changed though.
Fernet or Cynar? BOTH!
New Orleans or New York City? Never been to either, so I couldn’t say.
Glass or Tin? Glass. As much glass as possible.
