Favourite thing about your city? That the bartending community is so close that I can send my favourite clients to go visit friends at several other establishments.

Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Mexico! For someone that loves tequila so much, I’m surprised I’ve never been.
Any claims to fame? I’ve travelled to several countries and ended up at seventeen out of fifty of the worlds best bars by myself to obtain a more hands on knowledge and understanding of spirits I work with and their origins. I also knit everything.
