What do you collect? Liqueurs and instruments.
Favourite thing about your city? I’ve watched Calgary grow over the past 10 years into a real dining and drinking city, and we’re just getting started.
What was the last photo that you took? A picture of a receipt for reimbursement.
Where was your last vacation? Does Tales count as a vacation?
Any claims to fame? A couple of competition wins, which led to meeting some of my best friends. I played SXSW (not bar related, I know).
Red or White? All three.
Cointreau or Grand Marnier? Depends on the application. If I’m drinking it on it’s own, definitely Grand Marnier.
London or Paris? I’ve never been to either. Both in one trip!
