Any claims to fame? I’ve appeared on a couple of TV shows and done a few pastry battles. If you google my name you’ll find some old posts about Richmond Station and from when I was a pastry chef. Here’s an article Chris Nuttall-Smith did. I also had the opportunity to be a guest speaker at Terroir symposium a few years ago. But nothing cocktail related yet. I have just started.
