Favourite “at work” memory | Aaron Paul smiling at me as we walked past each other in the hallway. Also making “Jäger Bombs” with Wray & Nephew Overproof and tropical flavoured Red Bull at one of our infamous staff parties.
What do you collect? Tacky thrifted paintings of cats, dogs, and landscapes.
Favourite thing about your city? The people that live here.
What was the last photo that you took? A beautiful snapshot of my dear coworkers/friends Matt and Emma wearing matching snow suits and admiring the sunset.

Any claims to fame? A couple of years ago Imbibe reposted one of my cocktails on their Instagram which was like pretty cool or whatever. I also manage the Instagram for Forth Bar which is looking pretty crispy as of late.
Lager or IPA? Lager. The only time I ingest IPA’s is when they’re being used as an ingredient in a cocktail.
