Favourite “at work” memory | Record sales a couple of years ago at The Berry & Rye and there were three of us on a Saturday (typically staffed with about six). The bar holds about 70 (seated only space) with two wells. We managed service with one of us managing the floor, another one of us filling in where needed, and one of us working the service well. That night we all learned a lot of about ourselves, eachother, and how to appropriately manage that style of a service.
