Favourite thing about your city? Honestly I hate it here. But there is an exceptional bar owned by an exceptional married couple called Hoppy Endings and it’s 1 minute and 45 second walk from my house. 🙂

Angostura or Peychaud’s? Peychaud’s for a Sazerac. Other than that there are sooo many other great bitters .
Singapore or San Francisco? Haven’t been to Singapore but hear it’s amazing.
Grapefruit or Pineapple? I don’t like sweet cocktails, but pineapple is more versatile.
