Favourite “at work” memory | I was the Bar Manager at Lola’s Kitchen (closed now) in the village. During pride it was always a blast slinging cocktails for drag queens and everyone decked out in pride gear.

What do you collect? Spirits, specifically flavours spirits and bitters!
Favourite thing about your city? The diverse multiculturalism and the amazing lineup of restaurants and cocktail bars that reside here.
What was the last photo that you took? Was of my Zoom screen of my mixology virtual class last night!
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Italy!
Any claims to fame? Quench Bar is having a nice feature in the Toronto Star on Valentine’s Day!
