Favourite “at work” memory | I have so many great memories from my many years of bartending. Teaching new bartenders the basics of bartending, sharing my knowledge of spirits with guests and continuously learning new skills.
What do you collect? Vintage bar gear and bottle openers.
Favourite thing about your city? My favourite thing about Ottawa is the great sense of community and support we show one another. It’s a big city with that small city feeling, a really welcoming group of bartenders that are always showing up and for one another.
What was the last photo that you took? A purple Negroni featuring my lavendar bitters, at Rabbit Hole in Ottawa.
Where was last place you traveled? Lisbon, Portugal
Any claims to fame? I’ve completed the Kentucky Bourbon trail in two days and included a visit to Calvin Cooperage. Multiple years and rounds of competing in the Made With Love cocktail competition and other local bar comps. Teaching bartending at the local college. Multiple pop ups and working as a brand ambassador for a distillery.
