Favourite Spirit | Gin’s/ Tequila’s/ Whiskey’s… depends on the atmosphere, they are all good for different reasons and different moments!!
Favourite Juice | Pineapple, pear, vegetable extracted juices, berry extracts- not too strong, I enjoy juices used as flavour enhancers. Fresh squeezed citrus juices- lemon, lime, grapefruit… again, they are all divine for different reasons and different moments.
Favourite Classic Cocktail | Hard to choose favourites- Sazerac, Margarita… the list could go on and on for days!!
Favourite Part of the Job | When you’re in service and everything is ON POINT; everyone is happy, your team is “in the groove” busy -everything and everyone is working like a Swiss watch- the customers are groovin, the music is great… the vibe, the cocktails, smiles, efficiency… all of it.

Favourite “at work” memory | Mid shift, bar is packed, everyone is happy- music is on point… my co-worker and I hopped on the bar and gave people Jamo shots while doing a full length rock knee slide to Journey’s “Don’t stop believing”!!!
