Favourite “at work” memory | Probably one of my rare celebrity encounters. When the Men’s USA Soccer team came in to the bar before they went off to the World Cup. Maybe not that cool to most people but I’m a big soccer fan.
What do you collect? Tiki mugs and Lapel pins!
Favourite thing about your city? The seasons. We have 4 true seasons and live in what is considered a temperate rainforest. The endless amount of fresh produce and ingredients available here makes for great cuisine and cocktails!
What was the last photo that you took? My Christmas tree to show my mom.
Where was last place you traveled? NYC a week ago.
Any claims to fame? Haha! Can’t balance a spoon. I won 2018 North Carolina mixologist of the year by the Department of Agriculture and the Restaurant aAssociation. 2017 I won Fernet Branca. I’m also Patron Hacienda Alumn.
