Favourite at Home Drink | A natural syrah, or any zippy chilled red
Favourite bar in the world | Death & Co NYC changed everything I thought about bartending right when I started.
Best known for | I’ll willingly make every Ramos Gin Fizz all night. But also writing a perfect cocktail on the second iteration and every try past that is a garbage fire.
Favourite “at work” memory | Three days after a tornado hit our neighborhood, we were one of the few buildings with power in the area, and we held a barbecue for over 500 people, the only lights for about a mile in any direction.

Favourite thing about your city? It’s not Minneapolis.
What was the last photo that you took? Of the wall of skulls at Noble Experiment, where we visited for our anniversary.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Singapore
