Favourite After Work Drink | A dad beer & a shot of jager & a big ole glass of ice water
Favourite at Home Drink | Whatever clear spirit is open on my bar + whatever fruit is in my fridge + ice + whatever I have of either soda or tonic. I call it my fruit salad.
Favourite bar in the world | The Clumsies (Athens, Greece)
Best known for | Probably my sense of humour and personality behind the bar. I wouldn’t say I have a single drink that I make better than others. I’m pretty good at drinking all of them. I call it a “field study”. You got to learn all those products!
Favourite “at work” memory | Tough one. Probably getting hired at the Drake Hotel. I’ve always wanted to work at the bar I work at now and I didn’t really think I was good enough to work there. So, that was a really proud moment for me.

What do you collect? Although my shoe collection and the collection of empties currently occupying the entire corner of my kitchen come close, I think my playbill collection takes the cake. I keep the playbills and/or tickets of every theatre show I’ve ever been to. I don’t know what I’m going to do with them yet, but hopefully something cool one day.
Favourite thing about your city? The mountains, the ocean, and the English Bay hot dog guy.
What was the last photo that you took? ugh…I hate that it’s a selfie, but it’s a selfie
Where was last place you traveled? Atotonilco El Alto, Mexico
Any claims to fame? My mom says I’m her favourite bartender.

Lager or IPA? Pilsner. But okay, lager.
Sparkling or Flat? Sparkling
Miami or Mexico City? Mexico City
Olive or Twist? Olive
