Best story from behind the wood | Meet this guy at my hidden bar in my apartment, who sat in the bar and started asking me a lot of questions about being an entrepreneur in the cocktail industry. At first it was a bit annoying, but at the end of the night, we knew something had change in both of us. In a few months we become really close and I had the chance to inspire him to leave his old job at a office and start his own adventure founding a non profit organization where we developed together Coctelería Consciente (Sustainable Bartending) the first project to work towards sustainability and cocktails in Argentina and Latin America.
What do you collect? For a long time I have been collecting cans and bottles of beer around the world, coasters, pins and lots of brand swag. Now, 10 years later from where I started I am doing my best to stop collecting material things and just collect new experiences, friends and knowledge to share.
Favourite thing about your city? Buenos Aires has become the Capital of Latin America. You can find whatever you want and be in touch from people from all around the world. It is an amazing city to live in. With great food, restaurants, breweries and cocktail bars.

Where was your last vacation? Just a weekend ago I returned from a vacation with my girlfriend to Berlin, St Petersburg, Moscow, Amsterdam and Barcelona.
