Best known for | I wouldn’t say I have something specific I’m known for. Love to make clear ice, good martini’s and to chat about anything.
Favourite “at work” memory | Introducing to ambassadors and politicians on a weekly basis on new cocktails, wines, things to expend and learn from bartending.
What do you collect? Cocktail Glasses and plants. I usually take about half an hour, sometimes more to water it all.
Favourite thing about your city? The nature and how close I live from my hometown of Plantagenet.
What was the last photo that you took? A picture of an accent wall that I painted black in my washroom.
Where was last place you traveled? Dominican Republic
Lager or IPA? IPA all the way. Hit me with that bitterness!
Sparkling or Flat? Sparkling! Love the diversity of different styles of bubble and how they act with different spirit.
Miami or Mexico City? Mexico City for sure! Never been to either of those places but that would be my first choice.
