Favourite “at work” memory | There are too many but, earlier in the week I dropped a shaker tin in the well (I have small hands, it happens). One of the servers at La Carnita came up and said “I miss when you were dropping shaker tins”. Literally less than 30 seconds later I dropped both tins in the well while double shaking. Without looking up I just pointed at the door and said “You can go now.” We both had a great laugh about it later and still laugh about it to this day but, Tobi knows to be careful with what he says, cause it just might come true.
