Best story from behind the wood | I ran a last-minute martini bar at a ritzy house freelance gig and was encouraged to use their “homemade” vodka and tequila as much as possible. The only mix was insanely expensive pressed juices. The whole night was a real go-with-the-flow sort of thing. After a long night of mostly shaking tequila and juice into a glass and feeling I was serving a sub par product, I tried one, and it may have been the best tequila cocktail I’ve ever had.

Favourite thing about your city? We always look out for one another. Until that person turns out to be a jerk. Then we turn on that punk.

Any claims to fame? I bartend for fun at friend’s house parties all the time. Partly since I couldn’t sit back and watch any more shots of Alberta Pure with a Great Value Diet Cola chase.
