Favourite “at work” memory | Actually, technically before work. At the interview for my last job In Canada, I sat down and was so excited, because for the first time I met an owner with as much passion as I had, and it was the start of the best job I’ve had in my life (so far).
What do you collect? Rum, but also other odd spirits and liqueurs. I also have a ridiculous amount of Warhammer 40k models.
Favourite thing about your city? How multicultural and diverse we are. As a bartender, there is a wealth of information to draw from; I also love to try different food, which we’ve got in spades.

Any claims to fame? Not yet, working on it.
Lager or IPA? Lager, I appreciate all sorts of beer, but when I want a beer, I want something easygoing
