Favourite Spirit | Any and all gin. Particularly new Western gins.
Favourite Juice | Orange juice – the child in me is still alive and well. Plus it goes well with almost anything.
Favourite Classic Cocktail | The Aviation
Favourite Part of the Job | I am constantly learning, making new connection, being inspired by others. My usuals make it exciting to come into work every day.
Favourite After Work Drink | Straight Irish Whiskey
Favourite at Home Drink | A Gin Caesar with plenty of pickle juice
Favourite bar in the world | Pharmacy (Toronto)
Best known for | Being the feisty, redhead, circus freak, future architect, bartender in the tiny hole-in-the-wall bar in downtown Sudbury.
Favourite “at work” memory | There was a bus tour touring multiple Sudbury bars in which every bar featured a drink and a dish. 84 featured our Caesars (a fan favourite) and in just over two hours we pumped out 200 Caesars in our tiny bar.
What do you collect? Film cameras, anything with a bicycle on it, ridiculous mugs, craft beer company shirts, architecture books.
Favourite thing about your city? It can be urban while outdoorsy. I can walk from downtown to a lake I can swim in in 30 minutes.
What was the last photo that you took? A really adorkable photo with my cat using a cat ears filter to match the cat.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Philadelphia, PA
Any claims to fame? I like to spend my time hanging from a hoop (aerial hoop) and learning how to pole dance. Also I have been thrown out of bars for trying to fight old men for not tipping the bartender.
