Favourite at Home Drink | Tough one, I like to keep things simple, Belvedere on the rocks, a lovely glass of wine.
Favourite bar in the world | Bar Max in Warsaw, Poland. This is one of my favourites due to the many, many late-night laughs sitting at the bar with other Belvedere Ambassadors from around the world, the whisky selection isn’t terrible either.
Best known for | Creating unique cocktails based on funny adjectives from the guests. Best one yet is creating a cocktail based on Susan Sarandon character on Rick and Morty.
Best story from behind the wood | On my, there are so many over the years that selecting narrowing down to one is too difficult.
What do you collect? Books, I have so many books and I have a hard time passing them on. Most of my books are about food and drink. I started buying books as reference material or extra study material when I studying wine. This habit hasn’t changed over the year – it’s grown to spirits, cocktails, coffee, cookbooks and a few nerdy ones too – the science flavours etc.
