Favourite Spirit | SOPHIE’S CHOICE! 😭 I’d have to say I get the most poetic about the herbals— I love amaro
Favourite Juice | Fresh juiced, strained pineapple juice— you can make anything with that viscosity. The manipulation of texture is very appealing to me.
Favourite Classic Cocktail | It’s ever changing but right now—Chet Baker — I’m poetic about amaro but Jamaican and Barbadian rums blow my mind too— a Plantation Barbados XO Chet Baker with a kiss of Wray & Nephew 😍😍😍

Best known for | Unbridled enthusiasm! Haha— and maddening creativity. I love cocktail competitions for the creative questions they make you dig inside yourself for. It’s very activating. Currently top 16 National Finalist for Bacardi Legacy 2020 – but what got me the job before I knew anything was my passion for learning and my connection with people. “They never forget how you made them feel.” – RIP G.R.
Favourite “at work” memory | There was a Saturday night we had my second bartender call out sick & it was a 200+ cover night. I. Got. HANDLED. Like never before. I ended up making 138 6+ touch craft cocktails in a little over 3 hours. There was a certain point where I was just in it and rolling 5 tickets deep and a table of 11 cocktails came in. My whole staff looked at me like ohhh nooo… But actually in a turn of events my blood pressure actually went down. I had a huge belly laugh bubble up out of me and just exclaimed, “LETS DO THIS”! I just love this job— the craziness too. I loved that night by the end of it.

What do you collect? ENAMEL PINS!!! I am a liquor pin swag enthusiast— also books. Used books with a story to the cover. Well loved books 🥰
Favourite thing about your city? The diversity, the creative hub that has all of us across all different realms of art pinging off of each other and inspiring each other to rise and be our best selves.
What was the last photo that you took? A cool angle of my buddy Adam Delaney from Marco Polo bar, at a cool 90s angle with him looking VERY cool.
Where was last place you traveled? Guadalajara! I won a cocktail competition for Herradura.
Any claims to fame? I can turn my wrist a full 360 degrees. And I’m wildly good at karaoke 😂
