Favourite Part of the Job | When a guest comes into the cocktail bar and says “I don’t like cocktails” but leaves saying “I love cocktails!” Or wine, or a type of food. Anything they initially hate, but I am able to open their mind about.
Favourite After Work Drink | Cider.
Favourite at Home Drink | Whatever recipe my boyfriend has looked up earlier that day, because I don’t have to make it.
Favourite bar in the world | Cafe Moderne (Paris)
Best known for | Rocking a vest and a bowtie like nobody’s business. My hair is usually on point. Basically my style, not my personality.
Best story from behind the wood | Having a group of 5 men come in, and order every single cocktail on the menu in order!
What do you collect? Champagne corks from all occasions. All dated and organized.
Favourite thing about your city? Not only it’s beauty, but how welcoming everyone in our community was when we moved here!
What was the last photo that you took? My cat. I’m NOT ashamed
Where was your last vacation? Seattle
Any claims to fame? I won a small competition in Kelowna called Cleavers and Cocktails. It was a black box, and I brought blue cheese. Kind of mean. Other then that, I’ve had a lot of “good try”s. I hold those one especially close to my heart.

Glass or Tin? Tin all day. I’m not fit enough for this glass stuff.
