A twist on the classic Dry Martini. This cocktail will have you feeling oh-so-fancy. Dedicating the Aria Sapphire cocktail to my niece Aria is a testament to the love and admiration I have for her.

3oz Dry Gin
0.5oz Dry Vermouth
1 splash Blue Curaçao
1 pinch of Orange Zest
Stir over ice. Double strain into cocktail coupe. Garnish with a plump Kumquat.
