Cocktail: Brunch in the Rose Garden | Bartender: Alicia Perry

I wanted to develop an approachable and easy drinking breakfast cocktail. This cocktail is packed with juicy strawberry that energizes the Beefeater Pink. The Ramazzotti Amaro, allows the cocktail to have some depth and rounds out the sweeter notes. Cheers!

Cocktail: Brunch in the Rose Garden | Bartender Atlas

1.5oz Beefeater Pink
0.5oz Ramazzotti Amaro
2 Strawberries
0.75oz Lemon Juice
0.75oz Simple Syrup *
1 Egg White
3oz Soda Water

Drop the strawberries into the bottom of your shaker tin and muddle 6-7 times. Combine all other ingredients (except soda) in shaking tins without ice, and dry shake. Open tins, add ice and shake for a second time for dilution. Top with approximately 3 ounces of soda water and fine strain into a fizz glass. garnish with seasonal flowers.

*The Simple Syrup utilized in this cocktail is a 1:1 ratio, with 1 part cane sugar and 1 part water. bring the solution over medium heat to a simmer and stir until the sugar has dissolved. let the simple syrup cool prior to utilization.
