Chef and I paired up for a México/Latin America theme and this was just one of our ideas that came to life playing with all the fun flavors we chose.
1.5 oz Vida Mezcal
0.5 oz Ancho Reyes Verde
1 oz Carrot Juice
0.5 oz lime
0.5 oz house ginger blend
0.5 oz toasted cardamom syrup
Add all ingredients and one sprig of cilantro and shake. Double strain over new ice into 12 oz rocks glass. Garnish with dehydrated chili peppers.
